Who should attend? Anyone currently dealing with air emissions, air toxics, or industrial development will want to attend. Plant managers, maintenance and environmental managers, state and local regulatory agency professionals, and local government officials will take valuable knowledge with them to apply to their professional responsibilities and also be able to help others in their communities better understand how state and federal air pollution programs work and how they are enforced.
This year the speakers focus on recent changes to the State Air Permitting rules. Arkansas industry through the AEF has been working to reduce historical delays in the permitting process. You will learn about the rule changes and how to take advantage of new processes to allow quicker authorizations for changes to existing facility operations
Also, ADEQ air enforcement and air permit managers will provide insight into what is required to demonstrate on-going compliance with the Clean Air Act and what it takes to successfully obtain timely approvals for facility modifications. With up to 7 hours of Continuing Education Credits will be offered in various credit fields at a great price, this is one workshop you can't afford to miss! |
